As part of our client’s commitment to sustainable energy, the new business entity was to establish operations for constructing and developing Solar Energy Generation Plants in a new continent.

An ongoing problem with a Head of Discipline role that required senior client management skills to oversee and manage a contract based in their client’s premises. Due to the position being on a part-time basis for the duration of a fixed term contract, they had nobody within their current team who could fulfil the role in addition to their current workload. Through our search and assessment model we quickly provided a senior management candidate to not only fulfil the client-facing requirement but also provide mentoring to the current members of a younger project team.
