This new country set up required initial staffing of candidates from the Energy, Power and Oil + Gas markets. Engaged to provide a full cycle Executive search and selection process across all c-suite and management positions. Initial talent mapping projects were carried out both in-country and across our global locations to provide both local and expat candidates
Oil and Gas Operator
– Interim Management requirement
An ongoing problem with a Head of Discipline role that required senior client management skills to oversee and manage a contract based in their client’s premises. Due to the position being on a part-time basis for the duration of a fixed term contract, they had nobody within their current team who could fulfil the role in addition to their current workload. Through our search and assessment model we quickly provided a senior management candidate to not only fulfil the client-facing requirement but also provide mentoring to the current members of a younger project team.

After an internal re-organisation our client had General Management and Project Management roles that required external client management skills which were crucial to the success of their projects.
Having used conventional recruitment methodologies, i.e. in-house resources and their Recruitment PSL, they had failed to secure the suitability of candidates they needed.
We engaged with the client on both Technical and Behavioural aspects of the role and successfully placed both the GM and PM within short timescales.
