He has more than 25 years of experience at Executive Board, Senior-level operational and General Management positions within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, Power and Renewables sectors.
Following a 25-year corporate career in the Recruitment sector with NES Global and Orion Group holding COO and Senior Director roles, Mark founded Real Talent Matters in 2017 to solve the shortcomings he saw with both the Executive Search and Recruitment Agency offerings and set about creating a solution.
