Prior to launching Real Talent Matters we surveyed 200 companies in the Energy sectors to gain an insight into the market frustrations associated with talent acquisition and recruitment services.
A gap was identified in the Mid-Senior tier recruitment space, where traditional methods were found to be outdated.
Using 30 years of experience, 6 months of research and 1000’s of hours of ongoing testing, we created a process that combines in-depth people analytics with cutting edge technology to create a modern, market leading solution.

Mark is an accomplished international executive recruiter with vast experience across the Energy sector, serving large multinational corporations, middle-market and startup’s around the globe. He has more than 25 years of experience at Executive Board, Senior-level operational and General Management positions within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, Power and Renewables sectors.
Following a 25-year corporate career in the Recruitment sector with NES Global and Orion Group holding COO and Senior Director roles, Mark founded Real Talent Matters in 2017 to solve the shortcomings he saw with both the Executive Search and Recruitment Agency offerings and set about creating a solution.
Now a market leading Energy executive recruiter, aimed at better serving the Mid-Senior tier talent needs his clients require. Mark’s expertise and experience with industry-leading organizations ensure he has his finger on the pulse of the International Industry landscape and knows what top-tier organizations and executives need to succeed and flourish.
